SERVICE
You, the user, understand and agree that this Service is provided "AS-IS" and that New Prague Area Schools ISD 721 assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

Neither email nor SMS text messaging are guaranteed services, either by New Prague Area Schools ISD 721 or by most Internet Service Providers and Cell Carriers. As such the New Prague Area Schools Email and SMS Notification System will never be used as a primary source of contact in emergency situations. In emergency situations you will always be contacted by the normal means of the system already in place.

You, the user, understand and agree that New Prague Area Schools ISD 721 shall not be held responsible for any third party fees or charges incurred, from either your Internet Service Provider or Cell Carrier, for messages sent to or received from the New Prague Area Schools Email and SMS Notification System.

ACCEPTANCE
By registering for and subscribing to The New Prague Area Schools Email and SMS Notification System "you agree to the TERMS OF SERVICE" as well as acknowledge and understand the terms of service outlined above.
