Principal
Anderson has been in New Prague for ten years. She has been New
Prague Intermediate Principal since 1998. Prior to that, she held
the role of New Prague Middle School Principal. Mrs. Anderson has
a Six-Year degree in Elementary Administration, a Master of Science
Degree in Special Education-Learning Disabilities along with a middle
school endorsement to teach math from the University of Minnesota
at Mankato. Mrs. Anderson did her undergraduate work in elementary
education with a minor in math through the University of Nebraska
at Kearney.
Mrs. Anderson has taught first
grade, Title 1 reading, and special education in a K-12 setting.
Prior to coming to New Prague, she was an elementary principal
in the Sibley East School system in Gaylord, Minnesota.
Mrs.
Anderson is a mother of three daughters, one son-in-law, and three
grandchildren. Her hobbies are spoiling her three grandchildren,
antiquing at flea markets and auctions, traveling, and reading.
