The Board of Education needs to balance capacity of all three elementary schools and by doing so efficiency will be created for the district. I want to remind families that students do receive an excellent education at all of our schools with a common curriculum in place. Achievement test scores at all schools are above the state average on standardized tests. The changes also will create space to expand programming if need be in the future. We hope to create a plan with what we know today to last as long as possible. Rest assured, the Board of Education and staff are committed to making the transition of children and school sites as positive as possible. Craig Menozzi Superintendent New Prague Area Schools |
