Below, you will find a link to the Spring 2010 NPAS Health Benefits Survey. This survey is intended to help the members of the district's insurance committee identify what sorts of communications would be helpful as we try to make sure staff members have the information they need as we enter the annual health insurance open enrollment period. Please take a moment to complete this survey - it should take you no more than 5-10 minutes at most. Your response is anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself. One survey per staff member, please. The survey will be open through Wednesday, May 5, 2010. More benefit information will be coming soon - watch for the big packet!
