There are two drafts for each of the two years involved. For each year (2009-10 and 2010-11), there is a proposed pre-Labor Day start and a proposed post-Labor Day start. As the law currently stands, the district is not permitted to start school before Labor Day of any given year. If the Minnesota legislature permits a change, we could consider an earlier start date.
