School District Taking Applications for Facilities Task Force
Applications are now being taken for the New Prague Area Schools Long-Term Facilities Task Force. As part of their Long-Term Facility Study, this task force will make prioritized recommendations to the school board on future facility needs of the New Prague Area School District.

The task force will be comprised of 35 members representing all areas of the school district. Diversity will be a priority in creating this committee. The task force will meet six times from September through November with completion in December.

The task force will hear facts, observe facilities, formulate opinions, and evaluate options with the needs of the district as a priority. The City of New Prague will be partnered in this group.

Anyone interested in participating is encouraged to apply. Applicants must be a resident of Independent School District 721. The application form with meeting schedule is available here. The application deadline is July 25, 2014.
