Thanks isn't enough to say for all who helped get information about the November 6 election into the hands of the district voters. There were many different roles to play, and everyone carried out their role with a very positive spirit. Thanks to Board members and candidates; service, support, tech and transportation staff and representatives; teachers; administrators and directors; retired teachers; students; area residents, parents, and business owners; and print and radio media. Due to your efforts, area voters were able to examine the issues for themselves, were invited to public forums to ask questions, had the opportunity to visit the district website, and were able to make an informed judgment on election day.

With a better post-election handle on what the financial resources will be for the next five years, the district will now engage the community in long-range strategic planning to determine fiscally responsible adjustments to make the best use of our facilities and personnel in meeting the needs of our projected student enrollment.
