The MCA's are coming up on April 25th, 26th, and 27th.
The MCA's are coming up on April 25th, 26th, and 27th. Please look over the attached charts to find out if you are proctoring, if we had to move your class, or to find out your room assignments for the test. Please check both charts. Your name or room may be on the chart for one, two, or all three test dates. Testing will be periods 1-3 each day. The 25th is the 10th grade MCA reading, the 26th is the 11th grade MCA math test, and the 27th is the make up test for both the 25th and the 26th. If you have any questions about the actual MCA test please contact Colleen at 1740. If you have questions about the rooms, proctors, or class moves please contact me. If you notice any mistakes involving proctors, rooms, or moves please let me know ASAP. Extra students from classes should all report to the cafeteria for a study hall. For example, Mrs. Schellin has some 11th and 9th graders in her first period class on the 25th which is the 10th grade test so she would need to inform her extra students that are not testing to report to the cafeteria for a study hall. Please let your students know this before the test date as well as where your classes will be meeting if you are changing rooms or areas. It will be chaos if students aren't prepared before these dates.
Last but not least, there will be training for all PROCTORS on April 20th at 7am in room 242. You must be there! If you have a conflict with the meeting contact Colleen at 1740 and try to work out an alternate plan.
