New Prague advanced to the semifinals with a 21-point explosion in the fourth quarter last Friday night. Trailing 20-13 early in the quarter, Tony Kubes raced 54 yards for the tying touchdown. Just a short time later, Trojan quarterback Ross Skluzacek connected with Brian O'Neill on a 31-yard scoring play that turned out to be the winning score. O'Neill added another scoring catch, this time from 17 yards on a fake field goal, to make the final 34-20. TICKETS Tickets for Saturday's semifinal game are currently on sale at the New Prague athletic office and will be until 1:00 p.m. Friday. Cost is $10 for adults and $7 for students. For those not thrilled about trying to find parking at the Metrodome, the Light Rail can be picked up at both the Mall of America and Fort Snelling and will take fans directly to the stadium. |
