Regional Science Fair Results
Congratulations to the students from the Intermediate School and the Middle School who participated in the Regional Science Fair on Saturday, April 23, at Minnesota University, Mankato. We had several award winners.

Ty Heimerl, Adam Jirak, and Jaimie Niedermayer won first, second, and third in their category of Botany. Mirinda Crissman won first and Molly Wick won third in the Consumer Product Testing category. Dallas Capesius and Courtney Reger won first and second in the category of Medicine and Health. James Brod won first in the Physical Science category. Nicole Bangasser won a third place award in the category of Zoology and Humans. Joe Heimerl won a second in Botany for 6th graders and Nik Friedges won a third in Environmental Science for 6th graders. The rest scored very well and won purple and blue ribbons. The Intermediate School students participating were Nicole Bangasser, James Brod, Dallas Capesius, Mirinda Crissman, Carter Dorzinski, Mikala Drenckhahn, Ty Heimerl, Adam Jirak, Thomas Liepold, Annie Medina, Katie Morris, Jaimie Niedermayer, Brandon Pumper, Katie Pumper, Courtney Reger, Adam Sivula, Molly Wick, and Jacob Wormer. The sixth graders from the Middle School were Joe Heimerl and Nik Friedges.
