New Superintendent Message
It is with a great deal of enthusiasm that I now begin my duties as superintendent of New Prague Area Schools. I would like to express my appreciation for the very warm welcome from the entire District 721 community. As we begin this new school year, I want you to know that I am truly honored to be the Superintendent of New Prague Area Public Schools.

Over the course of the past several months, several people have come up to me and asked, "What is it about the Superintendent position that made you want to make a change at this time in your professional career? What made this job appealing to you?^TM I simply respond by saying it allows me to continue to work in a great school district where I live and feel committed to. This is where I have dedicated my professional and family life. I have a passion to help lead this school district to greater success.

I look forward to working with the school board and district staff on the important initiatives as defined in our strategic plan. We are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences for all of our students. Our mission as a district is to support and engage our students in high levels of learning. Through this shared commitment to learning, we will attain the district's vision of becoming a premier school district that models excellence and embraces the challenges of the 21st century.
