Community Education Soccer Serves 500+
This year's Community Education soccer program, under the leadership of Julie Dvorak, with assistance from Mitch Mayer and the great work of more than 60 coaches, is currently serving more than 500 area youth. Located at Raven Stream Elementary this year, the program offers fundamental skill development and friendly competition. A coach training session kicked off the season, with High School Soccer Coach Steve Kehrli leading the instruction. Teams received color coordinated t-shirts this year, which helped families identify their team in the "sea^TM of players and fans. Support from Raven Stream Elementary administration and Buildings & Grounds staff has been critical to the program's success. Thanks to all who contributed to this year's season. Information about next year's program will be available in late spring of next year.
