New Prague Area Schools will be conducting a General and two Special Elections on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. We have changed the polling locations for this election. You will be receiving the detailed list of polling location in the mail within the next week.

The General Election has four school board seats open for filling. Short bios of the candidates can be found in the election section of the website.

The first Special Election is to fill the 2 remaining years of a vacancy. The second Special Election is a renewal of the current Levy with an increase of $100. A video has been added to the website with additional information on the levy election along with a tax calculator for you to enter your property value and determine your tax.

In the coming weeks, all residents of the school district will be receiving mailings informing them of the change in polling locations and the tax impact of the levy question.
