New Prague Retired Teachers' Scholarship Application
The following are the requirements for consideration of 1 or 2- $750. scholarships for the 2013-2014 school year:

1. Applicants must be intending to major or are currently majoring in the field of education, and planning a career in the teaching field.
2. Applicant must be a NPHS graduate.
3. Applicant must have completed a minimum of three semesters of study at an accredited college or university and be entering their junior or senior year of college.
4. Be enrolled at the time of application at an accredited college or university.
5. Applicant must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5.
6. Applicant must be registered for fall semester 2014 at an accredited college or university.
7. Applicants must complete the attached application and return completed application to New Prague High School Counselors office by June 1, 2014.
8. A copy of applicant's college transcript must be included with application.

The recipient of the scholarship will be notified of this award by July 1, 2014 and will receive payment upon proof of tuition paid for fall semester 2014
