Transition Program

Our Transition team has set up an apartment for our students to practice skills they will need when they are out in their own apartment settings.  This Transition apartment is located in the CEC building.  For more information about the Transition Program at New Prague Area Schools, please contact our Sue Kratochvil, Transition Teacher/Work Experience Coach, 952-758-1755/1771.
